Job summary

PSS Group is a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider delivering cleaning and related services to major retail, entertainment and facilities management clients. We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team across sites with shift patterns that include day and evening slots.

Training is provided, and you will be supported to work overtime and weekends as needed. The role requires reliable, polite, and professional conduct, with the ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but full training provided.
• Willingness to overtime & weekends.
• Good self-presentation; uniform provided.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
• Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
• Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.

• £13.09 cleaning operative, £13.31 waste operative

Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines
