PROPERTY SUPPORT SERVICES UK LIMITED is seeking a site supervisor in Burgess Hill to lead the cleaning team, ensure high standards, and maintain health and safety compliance. The role demands flexibility with hours and days to suit site needs.

You will be responsible for delivering cleaning tasks, providing thorough handovers, and coordinating with subcontractors and operatives while upholding on-site safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cleaning team
• complete cleaning tasks within your hours at site
• Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Will be required to use machinery such as jet wash, scrubber dryer, sweeper (training provided)
• Be confident in escalating incidents in a professional manor
• Complete health & safety checks onsite
• Liaise with sub-contractors, managers, and operatives
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.

Job description

PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider, who work with some of the biggest names in retail, entertainment,

facilities management and more.

Location – Market Place, Burgess Hill, RH15 9NP

Salary -£14 per hour

Working Pattern

Monday 0900-1800

Friday 0900-1800

Saturday 07.15-17.45

As a supervisor you would need to be flexible in supporting the site. this could result in working different hours and days to suit.

Main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities; including cleaning high touch points, Deep cleaning, mopping,

sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning washrooms and potential use of waste equipment (training provided).
