Operose Health in Leeds is seeking a UK registered nurse with post-registration experience to join our primary care team. You will assist with CQC outcomes, maintain compliance and collaborate with the practice team to meet patient needs.
The role involves direct patient care, treatment and chronic disease management, with emphasis on quality and safe care. Ideal candidates will have cervical cytology and baby immunisation experience, and strong knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework.

You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
What we look for in new colleagues
UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
