Operose Health is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator in Basingstoke to deliver front-desk support for primary care services. You will handle patient queries, manage bookings, and maintain confidential records while liaising with the wider team to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires excellent communication, basic Word/Excel skills, and a patient-centric approach. NHS experience is welcomed but not essential.

You will also be responsible for emailing, scanning, and coding clinical correspondence, as well as processing prescription requests. Utilising other information systems to support efficient workflow processes is also a critical duty of this role. The ideal candidate will have reception or customer care experience, excellent communication skills both spoken and written, basic PC skills such as Word, Excel, and email, and the ability to work within processes, procedures, and maintain confidentiality and data security.
