Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a Court Cleaner to keep residents' communal spaces clean and safe, ensuring all public areas are tidy and well-maintained. You will also help the manager by cleaning and preparing void flats when required.

Experience in a similar role is not essential, but a strong eye for detail and pride in your work are important. Benefits include discounts and development opportunities, with an enhanced rate for Level 2 duties where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public/communal areas to ensure a safe, tidy environment.
• Assist the manager by cleaning and preparing void flats as required.
• Support general cleaning tasks across the Court as needed.

Job description

Your role as our Court Cleaner will be to help us provide our residents with a clean and safe space, ensuring the public/communal areas within the Court are kept clean and tidy.

You will also be responsible to provide support to the manager with cleaning and preparing void flats as and when required.

While experience in a similar role is not essential, we are looking for someone with a great attention to detail and who takes pride in what they do.
