Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Kendal is seeking a part-time cleaner to join our Extra Care scheme, working 25 hours per week from 9:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. You will help residents by keeping communal areas clean and safe.

Experience is not essential; we value attention to detail and reliability. Benefits include holiday pay, sick pay, health plan, and cycle-to-work. An enhanced disclosure check and references are required.

Hours: 25 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 14:00

In Extra Care, our residents live independently in their own homes within one of our schemes, complete with communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros and salons.

Key responsibilities

• Help provide residents with a clean and safe space, ensuring the public/communal areas within the Court are kept clean and tidy.
• Support the manager with cleaning and preparing void flats as and when required.

What we’re looking for

• Great attention to detail and a pride in what you do.
• Experience in a similar role is not essential.
