Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a Court Cleaner for our Extra Care scheme in Long Lee. The role involves keeping communal areas clean and safe for residents, with some weekend work to be discussed at interview.

You will also assist the manager by cleaning and preparing void flats when required, ensuring high standards and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Experience in cleaning roles is not essential but attention to detail is important.

Shift Pattern:Some weekend work is included in this role. To be discussed at interview

In Extra Care, our residents live independently in their own homes within one of our schemes, complete with communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros and salons.

Your role as our Court Cleaner will be to help us provide our residents with a clean and safe space, ensuring the public/communal areas within the Court are kept clean and tidy.

You will also be responsible to provide support to the manager with cleaning and preparing void flats as and when required.

While experience in a similar role is not essential, we are looking for someone with a great attention to detail and who takes pride in what they do.
