Job summary

M I Dickson LTD in Gateshead is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a retail team at our store in Gateshead. You will coach staff, manage stock, oversee till operations and banking, and uphold brand standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role offers hands-on leadership, a chance to develop within our expanding retail team, and the opportunity to progress after completing our bespoke supervisor training programme; interview stage will consider experience.

Job description

As Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, stock control, championing brand standards, till management and banking. You will also be hands on leading by example you be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service. This role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career across our growing Retail team.

After completing our bespoke supervisor training programme, you’ll understand our policies, procedures and service standards. This gives you a strong foundation and could open up further progression opportunities within the business.

This role is based at our store in Gateshead (6 Interchange Centre, West Street, Gateshead NE8 1BH)
