Job summary

M I Dickson LTD in Laygate, South Shields is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate a retail team, manage stock, and maintain brand standards. You will demonstrate high levels of customer service and act as a positive example on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory role or similar leadership position.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Willingness to complete supervisor training and develop within the business.

Job description

As Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, stock control, championing brand standards, till management and banking. You will also be hands on leading by example you be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service. This role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career across our growing Retail team.

After completing our bespoke supervisor training programme, you’ll understand our policies, procedures and service standards. This gives you a strong foundation and could open up further progression opportunities within the business.

This role is based at our store in Laygate (74 Laygate, South Shields NE33 5DX)
