Job summary

Bestway-Group is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to join our Nottington store. You will lead customer service, uphold brand standards, and drive daily operations with a proactive approach.

You will train new staff, promote company-wide offers, and manage shifts from 6am to 10pm while building strong ties with the local community to positively represent the brand.

• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are being always followed and adhered to
• Upsell and promote our company wide promotions
• Provide training to new members of the team
• Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees
• Must be able to work flexible shift patterns throughout the trading day (6am - 10pm)
• Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members
