Job summary

M I Dickson LTD is seeking a Supervisor for our Howdon store to lead and motivate a team, manage stock, uphold brand standards, and handle till operations and banking. You will work hands-on, setting high customer service examples and supporting colleagues to deliver excellent service.

This role is based at our store in Howdon and offers progression opportunities within the business after our bespoke supervisor training programme.

Job description

As Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, stock control, championing brand standards, till management and banking. You will also be hands on leading by example you be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service. This role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career across our growing Retail team.

After completing our bespoke supervisor training programme, you’ll understand our policies, procedures and service standards. This gives you a strong foundation and could open up further progression opportunities within the business.

This role is based at our store in Howdon (110 Windsor Drive, Howdon NE28 0PS)
