Job summary

M I Dickson LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate a retail team, manage stock, champion brand standards, and oversee till operations and banking. The role is hands-on, with you leading by example and delivering high standards of customer service.

Training will follow our bespoke supervisor programme, giving you a solid understanding of our policies and service standards and opening potential progression within the business.

Job description

As Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, stock control, championing brand standards, till management and banking. You will also be hands on leading by example you be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service. This role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career across our growing Retail team.

After completing our bespoke supervisor training programme, you’ll understand our policies, procedures and service standards. This gives you a strong foundation and could open up further progression opportunities within the business.

This role is based at our store in Horsley Hill (26 Horsley Hill Square, South Shields NE34 7HQ)
