M I Dickson LTD is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead a retail team at our Jarrow store. You will drive excellent customer service, manage stock and till operations, and demonstrate leadership by example to uphold brand standards.

After completing our bespoke supervisor training programme, you’ll gain a strong foundation in our policies and service standards, with potential progression opportunities within the business. This role is based at the Jarrow store.

• Manage till operations and banking procedures
• Demonstrate leadership by example to maintain brand standards and customer experience
• Participate in and complete the bespoke supervisor training programme
