Job summary

M I Dickson LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate a retail team at the Hedworth store (41 Fellgate Avenue, Jarrow NE32 4LZ). You will be hands-on, demonstrate high standards of customer service, manage stock, till operations and banking, and uphold brand standards.

You will complete our bespoke supervisor training programme to understand policies and service standards, laying a strong foundation for future progression within the business.

Job description

As Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, stock control, championing brand standards, till management and banking. You will also be hands on leading by example you be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service. This role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career across our growing Retail team.

After completing our bespoke supervisor training programme, you’ll understand our policies, procedures and service standards. This gives you a strong foundation and could open up further progression opportunities within the business.
