Sovereign Network Group in Exeter is seeking a part-time Housing Officer to join our team. The role splits time between the Exeter Office and remote sites, with travel across the area to engage residents and partners.

You will manage tenancy, leasehold and neighbourhood activities while delivering a customer-focused service that is compliant and data-driven. You will work 30 hours per week with two office days and flexible hours, including home working.

Housing Officer role to join our existing team of Housing, ASB and Scheme officers.

This is a part time role working 30 hours a week, we can be flexible with the working hours. You'll be based from our Exeter Office 2 days a week, with extensive travel across the area.

You will manage your own diary with a mix of working from home, office and meeting with our customers, colleagues and partner agencies.
