Sovereign Network Group is hiring a part-time Housing Officer in Exeter. You will deliver tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management services, engaging with residents and partners to ensure safe, compliant, and responsive services.

You will manage a diary with a mix of home, office and site visits, travel across the area, and use data to shape service improvements while upholding SNG’s inclusive values.

Salary:£32,000.00 - £40,000.00 Per yearWe’re excited to be recruiting a new Housing Officer role to join our existing team of Housing, ASB and Scheme officers.This is a part time role working 30 hours a week, we can be flexible with the working hours. You'll be based from our Exeter Office 2 days a week, with extensive travel across the area.You will manage your own diary with a mix of working from home, office and meeting with our customers, colleagues and partner agencies.The Role:As a Housing Officer , you'll be visible and proactive within your community.
