West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead strategic projects and transformation programmes across the organisation in Watford. You will manage projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation, ensuring delivery on objectives, timescales, budgets and quality standards.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and closely engage clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic projects and transformation programmes across the organisation. The post holder will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation, ensuring delivery to agreed objectives, timescales, budgets and quality standards. Working closely with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders, you will provide project leadership, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support the delivery of organisational priorities. You will oversee project planning, governance, risk and issue management, performance reporting and assurance processes, ensuring that projects remain on track and deliver measurable outcomes.
