CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a pharmaceutical environment in Didcot. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance alongside the on-site team to ensure building services run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be electrically qualified with City & Guilds L2/L3.
• 18th Edition is required.
• AM2 is highly desirable.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lighting: small installation, fault-finding, lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests.
• Control panels.
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold).
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing: unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors operation and maintenance.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to £48,200

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday


• 8 am to 5 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)


• Emergency lighting tests


• Control Panels


• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)


• Maintain and update Log books


• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets


• Pumps, motors
