Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is partnering with a reputable FM service provider in Didcot to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. You will maintain lighting, emergency lighting tests, control panels, ballast changes, BMS monitoring, log books, and basic plumbing tasks within commercial facilities.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with a salary up to £48,200, pension, 24 days holiday, life cover, gym discounts, cycle-to-work, and opportunities for professional qualifications and

Qualifications

• Must be electrically qualified with City & Guilds L2 & L3.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations required.
• AM2 and 2391 tests/inspection are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of lighting systems including fault-finding and lamp changes.
• Emergency lighting tests and routine checks.
• Control panels, ballast changes and basic electrical repairs.
• BMS monitoring and updating log books for site compliance.
• Plumbing-related tasks such as unblocking toilets and basic pump/motor care.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to £48,200

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8 am to 5 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements
