Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) driver for trunking and trampping roles to RDCs around Warrington. You will join a well-established team with modern vehicles and regular starts, delivering a reliable service with professionalism.

Shifts: Go out Monday and return Friday with 04:00 starts

Experience: 2 years Class 1 experience essential - previous tramping experience preferred

The Role

As a professional HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties may include:

• Trunking & tramping between depots and distribution centres
• Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, professionally and on time
• Complying with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Road Transport regulationsCompleting all relevant paperwork and electronic records accurately

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence
• At least 2 years commercial Class 1 driving experience
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer service
