Willing Care Recruitment Limited is partnering with a warm, child-centered nursery in Chesham that provides safe, bright spaces for early learning. They are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to support EYFS learning, observe and record progress, and build strong relationships with families.

The role is full-time, 45 hours per week, with a salary up to £32,700 per year. Applicants will join a dedicated team committed to high standards of care and development in a nurturing environment.

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a nursery set in a stunning location, with plenty of space for children to learn and grow. The setting features bright, age-specific rooms, a dedicated soft play area and extensive green spaces, creating an environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and independence.

This is a lovely opportunity for an Early Years professional who enjoys creating engaging experiences, making the most of indoor and outdoor learning opportunities and supporting children through their important developmental milestones.
