Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery with a Good Ofsted rating in Watford. The role offers a salary up to £28,000 per year and a 40-hour week, with opportunities for training and career progression.

As part of the team, you will provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, plan engaging activities, and support each child's development within a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) is essential.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery with a Good Ofsted rating. The setting takes a personalised approach to care and education, ensuring every child feels supported while being encouraged to develop new skills and enjoy learning through play.

With bright, age-specific rooms and a large outdoor garden, the nursery offers plenty of opportunities for children to explore, get creative and build independence. You'll be joining a supportive team that believes learning should be fun, engaging and tailored to each child's individual needs.

What We're Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Confidence planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Ability to adapt learning experiences to suit individual children's needs and interests
• An enthusiastic, creative and hands-on approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• A caring, patient and reliable attitude
