Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a nursery near Chesham. This full-time role offers a welcoming setting with bright rooms, a soft play area and extensive outdoor space to support early learning.

You will deliver high-quality care in line with EYFS, plan engaging activities, and build strong relationships with children and parents while collaborating with team members. Salary is up to £32,700 per year.

Qualifications

• Full Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
• Strong passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Confident in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Enthusiastic, creative and hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Observe, assess and record children's progress and communicate with parents.

Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Up to £32,700 per Year | 45 Hours per Week | Full-Time

Surrounded by beautiful green spaces and thoughtfully designed learning environments, this nursery offers a wonderful setting for children to explore, discover and develop a love of learning.

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a nursery set in a stunning location, with plenty of space for children to learn and grow. The setting features bright, age-specific rooms, a dedicated soft play area and extensive green spaces, creating an environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and independence.

This is a lovely opportunity for an Early Years professional who enjoys creating engaging experiences, making the most of indoor and outdoor learning opportunities and supporting children through their important developmental milestones.

What We're Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Confidence planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
