Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a purpose-built nursery in Horsham, UK. The role is full-time, all year round, and permanent, offering a rewarding environment where children learn through play in age-specific rooms and a spacious outdoor area.

The successful candidate will have nursery experience, a solid EYFS understanding, and a caring, enthusiastic, child-centered approach, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Make full use of the nursery's indoor and outdoor facilities to create exciting learning experiences.
• Promote children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing through play-based learning.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice at all times.
