Job summary

TUI Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Canvey Island store to lead by example, coach and develop the team and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll drive sales for holidays, cruises and UK breaks while ensuring a seamless customer journey.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays, with a focus on coaching talent, maintaining engagement and upholding the brand values in-store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven coaching and people development abilities.

• Personality and experience will assist you to guide, coach and develop the team to collaboratively reach high performance and standards that drive engagement
• Assist with developing the team to be proactive and actively investigate and resolve every question or complaint. If things don’t go quite right, you’ll have the confidence to step in and take ownership
• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll work with a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge to actively improve our customer digital journey
• Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow our business
