Job summary

At TUI Group, our Retail Team in Kidderminster seeks an Assistant Manager who will lead, inspire and coach a team to become destination experts, recommending and selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks and more while delivering superb service. You’ll support the manager, own customer issues, and evolve our digital journey with the latest in-store tech.

You will work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with a strong focus on achieving targets through a commission scheme and engaging
