Job summary

TUI Group in Keynsham is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop a high performing retail team. You will role model company values, deliver outstanding customer service and help guests choose holidays, cruises, UK breaks and additional products.

You’ll work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, and contribute to a positive customer journey through coaching, training and effective use of our systems.

• Experience leading a retail team and coaching staff.
