Support Worker to join our Wiltshire service based in Devizes, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality
support. You will report into the Registered Manager, splitting your time between hands-on
support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly.This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

support up to 38 people living across 7 bungalows in the heart of Wiltshire, just outside the market town of Devizes. This is a unique service within Wiltshire offering supporting living, enabling people to live as
independently as possible within their own homes and local community. We are looking for
support workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
This is a full-time role where your week will be split between providing direct
support on shift and also completing leadership and administrative tasks.
