HR GO Recruitment is partnering with a leading retailer based in Bridgwater to recruit a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional service across a range of inquiries.

The role involves handling inbound calls, updating customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a 1-hour paid break.

Customer Service Representative to join our client, a leading retailer based in Bridgwater.

Our client supplies a wide range of tools, building materials, electrical products and plumbing essentials to customers across the UK and parts of Europe. We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused individual who can deliver excellent service and act as a positive first point of contact for the business.
