HRGO Recruitment in Bridgwater is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer enquiries and deliver high-quality service during a Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm shift.

You will respond to inbound calls, assess customer needs, document interactions, and work with internal teams to resolve issues, while maintaining a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment. The role offers temporary status with potential to go permanent.

Our client supplies a wide range of tools, building materials, electrical products and plumbing essentials to customers across the UK and parts of Europe.
