We are recruiting an experienced and ambitious
Registered Manager to lead a newly refurbished
four-bed children's residential home near Tamworth.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new service, leading it through
Ofsted registration and into successful operation.
Working closely with the Responsible Individual and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in developing the service, recruiting your team and establishing a positive, therapeutic and child-centred culture.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
Ofsted registration process, including SC2 requirements and Fit Person preparation.
Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
Applicants must have:
Completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
3 years' experience within children's residential care in the last 5 years.
1 year's supervisory or management experience.
Ofsted inspections.
Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Salary & Benefits
£52,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
