Job summary

Hindpool B&M is recruiting a Replenishment Position to join our Barrow In Furness Home Store. This is a permanent part-time evening role with overtime potential up to 37 hours. You will be an ambassador for the store, delivering great service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, driven team players who can work at pace, communicate clearly, and stay flexible. Retail experience is helpful but not essential. Location: Hindpool Home Store, Barrow‑In‑Furness, Cumbria.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience or experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation are important.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock to keep shelves full and well presented.
• Assist customers and provide great service in a fast-paced store.
• Support team with store duties during evening shifts.

We are looking for a colleague to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a part time Evening position with the possibility of overtime to 37 hours
