Job summary

B&M Retail in Barrow-in-Furness is seeking a full-time Customer Service Manager to lead the store team, drive great service, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

As a hands-on leader, you will own the customer experience from entry to exit, guide staff, and ensure strong performance across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Represent the store as an ambassador and promote product knowledge and services.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Service Manager Position to join our team in our Barrow In Furness Hindpool Home Store!
