Job summary

Harbour Hotels in Ambleside is seeking a proactive Maintenance Team Member to keep our rooms and facilities up to the high Harbour standard. You will perform painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing tasks with care for detail while following Health & Safety guidelines.

Working with outsourced contractors and internal teams, you will help maintain leisure facilities and support guest experiences.

The role…

We are currently recruiting for an excellent Maintenance Team Member to join the team. As Maintenance Team Member you will be confident in all basic maintenance skills including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be an effective communicator and possess excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations. Someone who is organised in their work and reacts quickly and effectively when required. Working as part of a team, you will be required to liaise directly with outsourced contractors and suppliers. Previous experience of working within a leisure environment including working with spas and swimming pools would be desirable.
