Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to support our 24‑hour‑per‑week operations across our UK sites. You’ll handle painting, electrical, joinery and plumbing tasks with a practical, hands‑on approach and pride in maintaining high hotel standards.

Good communication and organisation are essential, and previous hotel experience is an advantage. The role is on a flexible, part‑time basis with opportunities for growth and internal progression within Harbour Hotels.

Qualifications

• Confident in carrying out a range of basic maintenance tasks.
• Experience in a hotel or similar environment is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and a hands‑on approach.

Responsibilities

The role…

We are currently recruiting for an excellent Maintenance Team Member to join our team on a flexible basis, with hours of up to 24 hours per week.

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be confident in carrying out a range of basic maintenance tasks, including painting and decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing. You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining our hotel to a high standard.

You will need to be an effective communicator, well organised in your work and able to react quickly and effectively when required. Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment would be advantageous, but a practical, hands‑on approach and a willingness to learn are equally important.
