Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to join our team on a part-time basis with up to 24 hours per week. You will perform a range of basic maintenance tasks including painting, decorating, electrical work, joinery and plumbing to keep the hotel in top condition.

You should be an effective communicator, well organised and eager to learn. Prior hotel experience is advantageous, but a practical hands-on approach and a willingness to grow with our group are equally valued.

Qualifications

• Must be hands-on and willing to learn.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in a hotel or similar environment is advantageous.

• Maintain hotel to a high standard and react quickly when required.

The role

We are currently recruiting for an excellent Maintenance Team Member to join our team on a flexible basis, with hours of up to 24 hours per week.

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be confident in carrying out a range of basic maintenance tasks, including painting and decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing. You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining our hotel to a high standard.

You will need to be an effective communicator, well organised in your work and able to react quickly and effectively when required. Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment would be advantageous, but a practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn are equally important.
