This role offers guaranteed hours, block shifts, paid mileage, full induction and training, and ongoing support from an office and on-call team, with progression opportunities into senior or coordinator roles.
Location: Warwickshire (flexible across the county)
Contract: Guaranteed hours, block shifts
Pay: £12.71 to £12.80 per hour
Leaving hospital can be daunting. As a Reablement Support Worker with Care Bureau, you'll be the friendly face who gets people safely home and settled again. Like domiciliary care, you'll work in people's own homes. The difference is that you'll support people straight after a hospital discharge. You'll help them settle back in, regain confidence and get back to doing things for themselves, so the aim is to build independence rather than create dependence.
Care Bureau is an equal opportunities employer. All offers are subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
