Job summary

Home Support Matters is seeking Reablement Support Workers to help East Norfolk and Waveney residents regain independence after hospital discharge or a change in circumstances.

You’ll assess needs, support daily living skills at home, and join a compassionate team with flexible shifts (7am–2pm or 2pm–10pm); full training and a paid induction are provided, with competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is required.
• Compassionate and good communicator.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals regain independence and build daily living skills.
• Provide short-term support after hospital discharge.
• Deliver care with empathy in people’s homes.
