Job summary

Join Home Support Matters as a Reablement Support Worker across East Norfolk and Waveney. In this role you will help individuals regain independence after hospital discharge or illness, coaching daily living skills to live safely at home.

Shifts are 7 on/7 off, with 7am–2pm or 2pm–10pm options. Weekday rates £13.10/hr, weekend rates £14.06/hr. Training provided, with funded NVQ and Care Certificate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and a great communicator.
• Minimum 2 years care experience.
• Hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to regain independence and rebuild daily living skills at home.
• Assist with everyday activities to promote safety and confidence.
• Work across East Norfolk and Waveney delivering short‑term reablement support.
