Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a compassionate care worker to provide 24-hour support to customers living in their own homes. You will work closely with the care team to follow support plans, report concerns, and assist with daily living activities while ensuring empathy and respectful communication.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or equivalent in social care or willingness to work towards this.
• Experience in a CQC care setting is a bonus.
• Strong empathy and genuine care for customers living at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour support to customers.
• Follow support plans and report any concerns to the care team.
• Assist customers with everyday living activities and personal care as needed.
• Engage with customers with kindness, time for chats, and maintain accurate records.
