Job summary

Home Group in Leeds is recruiting caring individuals to join our supported living team. You will assist customers with personal care, daily living tasks and medication support in their own homes, helping them stay independent and live well.

You’ll work with a friendly care team, follow tailored support plans, and record information accurately. A Level 2 in social care or willingness to train is expected, with DBS check paid by us.

Qualifications

• Level 2 (or above) in social care or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience in a CQC care setting is advantageous.
• Positive, caring attitude with empathy to make a difference.
• Experience with support plans and concise information recording.
• Knowledge of local community networks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour support including moving and handling, personal care and medication support
• Support individuals over 55 with dementia and health conditions
• Follow support plans and report concerns with care team
• Assist customers with everyday daily living activities
