Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is seeking a Reablement Assistant to support adults in their own homes across Warwickshire. You will follow personalised care plans to help clients regain independence with tasks such as washing, dressing, medication and meal preparation, within a 7-day service from 7am to 10pm.

The role includes a 25-hour contract over 5 days, mileage allowance, and enhancements for Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Rolling 25-hour week contract with 5-hour shifts across 7am–10pm.
• Rate of pay £13.69–£14.59 per hour plus Sunday/Bank Holiday enhancements.
• Car ownership and full driving licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to regain independence by following personalised care plans.
• Assist with washing, dressing, medication and meal preparation.
• Provide care in clients' own homes within Warwickshire.
