Norfolk County Council is seeking Reablement Support Workers across Norfolk with contracts ranging from 16.5 to 30 hours per week. The role includes assisting people at home to regain independence, with training provided.

The role may involve personal care, medication support, mobility assistance, and meal and hydration help. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred, with weekend enhancements possible.

Qualifications

• You will assist and support individuals in their home to regain independence.
• You may provide personal care, medication assistance, transfers and mobility support, and nutrition/hydration help.
• We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and provide full training.
