Warwickshire County Council is seeking a Reablement Assistant to support adults over 18 in their own homes. You will help clients regain daily living skills through personalised care plans, focusing on activities such as washing, dressing and meal preparation within a rolling seven-day rota from 7am to 10pm.

• Support people in their own homes to regain skills for daily tasks

• Work shifts across the seven-day reablement service on a rolling rota
