Qualifications

• Experience of supervising staff in a health or social care setting.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Experience of undertaking audits and quality monitoring activities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse information and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead service user quality audits and ensure accurate documentation and compliant records.
• Support staff performance management, supervision and professional development.
• Conduct office and health and safety audits, reporting on compliance and risks.
• Assist with operational planning, workforce deployment and service reviews.
• Promote a person-centred culture and provide guidance in absence of the Registered Service Manager.
