We Are St Helens Borough Council is seeking Reablement Team Supervisors to support adults in the community, delivering care and rehabilitation programmes and coordinating with health and social care professionals. The role operates from our Nightingale House base with a 28-hour week on a rotating schedule, including early and late shifts.

Competenze

• Experience with care support and rehabilitation programmes.
• Ability to engage with Health and Social Care professionals.
• Willingness to work in a multi-disciplinary team and learn new skills.
• Driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Mansioni

• Support adults aged 18+ to regain independence at home.
• Deliver care support and rehabilitation programmes.
• Work 28 hours on a rolling 8-week rota (including early and late shifts).
