Job summary

Alternative Futures Group in Wirral seeks an experienced leader to direct a team delivering person-centred services. You will manage resources to meet contract outcomes and embed quality assurance at service level.

The role requires seniors with staff supervision experience, the ability to coach others, and a commitment to high standards of care in line with policy and legislation. Flexible hours and ongoing development support are provided.

Qualifications

Significant experience of person-centred planning and review.
Significant experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Significant experience of people management.
Experience of leading and managing a staff team.
Experience of undertaking staff supervisions and appraisal.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct a team in developing and delivering person centred service.
Manage resources to successfully deliver thepeople we support and contract outcomes.
Embed a quality assurance framework at a service level.
Organise and facilitate positive and productive team meetings.
To promote and nurture good practice.
To ensure practice in line with company policy, procedure and legislation.
