Job summary

Cera is hiring a Care Assistant in Worthing and the surrounding area. You will support people recently discharged from hospital, helping them recover at home. A £250 joining bonus is available, and a driving licence with access to a vehicle is required.

Shifts run 7am–3pm and 3pm–10pm; part-time and full-time roles are available, some weekends. Benefits include DBS/PVG, pension, phone and uniform provision, and access to BHN Extras rewards.

Qualifications

• For this role, a caring background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing and continence support.
• Assist with medications and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Support with domestic tasks as needed.
