Job summary

Cera Care in the United Kingdom is hiring a Community Carer (Reablement) to support clients recently discharged from hospital, helping with personal care, meals and medications in their own homes across Hockley, Rochford, Rayleigh and surrounding areas. You will drive between visits with a valid licence and access to a vehicle.

Flexible shifts cover mornings, days, evenings and nights with every other weekend off, and training is provided to help you excel in a caring role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their own homes.
