Cera is hiring a Community Carer in Benfleet to support clients who recently left hospital, helping with personal care, meals, and medications in home visits.

The Role

Supporting clients in Benfleet, Canvey Island, Rayleighand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
